Returns

Returns: Please select your goods carefully as we do not offer refunds for poor choice or because you change your mind.

Returns are possible for clothing or shoes in circumstances when the wrong size selection has occured, however we do request that clients take care when selecting apparel and consult with manufacturer sizing charts prior to purchase.  Returns are not accepted unless prior arrangement has been made and are at the customers expense.

Bikes cannot be returned, no exceptions.

Refunds: Refunds will only be given if goods are faultly or incorrectly described or differ from the products as displayed on our website.

Cancellations: In most cases online transactions can be cancelled prior to shipping by calling our customer service centre during business hours. Some high-ticket items require special orders to our suppliers and restocking and/or cancellation charges may apply.
